It might be more effective if it were shorter. Nonetheless, the punchline fails in my mind, especially after watching one of the other videos in this series.
I mean, they're bad guys. I don't care if they have some latent desire to save the world. They're jerks. And not awe-striking jerks like Hannibal Lector or the Joker--just the kind that make you want to wash your hands afterwards.
Point being, the commercial doesn't inspire you to act. I might be persuaded to reconsider if it were a shorter spot with dicier dialogue, but I think the bad guy saving/winning the day ending would still be tricky.
