I’ve been extremely fortunate over the last four Fridays. I also want to thank Fred Tedio from Uptown Cafe who, though not in attendance, sent lunch for our second session in exchange for a one-on-0ne session with yours truly (hopefully, I can compete with his turkey wraps; I already know I can’t compete with his smoked salmon in apricot glaze).
