Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited.&quot; though i doubt these rules were crafted by a lawyer, garnering votes by offering the &quot;populace&quot; freemiums should a company win a Tally Award should constitute a &quot;violation&quot;. have a good one!</description>
